  1. I went to this business recently to get some photos printed from my phone. Not having any idea how to do this with my older phone i approached a lovely young lady and asked for help. Thank you officeworks for employing this lady. She was so helpfull and i had the photos i required in no time. I highly recommend this business. Very friendly staff.

  2. Walked around the aisles, looking for a particular item. Several staff around. One staff member even made eye contact with me as he continued to walk on by without even enqiring if I needed assistance. Eventually, I approached a couple of staff who were having a chat and was offered some form of customer service. However, they didn’t move from where they were standing. After paying for items at the counter, I offered my feedback on the amount of staff on the floor compared to those willing to help, (A few of the staff were stacking shelves. But out of the 7 or 8 staff that seemed free, none of them were keen to assist.) the person behind the desks said he’d pass on my feedback to managment. But, I got the feeling he was just saying that to placate me and no actual report was entered. Management needs to do better in training staff and ensuring good customer service is offered at all times.

  3. I went to Officworks recently for some photocoping and a young lady, Amy was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. She had the scanning and copying efficiently completed in no time. Thank you Amy you are an exceptional asset to Officeworks.i will recommend this business.

  4. Thank you to your friendly staff member Haillie (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) in the printing section today. After becoming very overwhelmed at the self service printer I explained my situation and totally had me calm and sorted in no time. And for Zac at the counter appreciating my effort, and in saying so when I gave him the the products with the barcode up to make it somewhat easier for him scanning when it’s such a busy time with back to school and so many customers. Thank you Officeworks. I will be back.
