I went to Officeworks Mildura today to do some printing, but wasn’t familiar with how to use the machines. One of the staff members – Cassie was on her name-tag – was very helpful in going through the process with me. She also offered a small box for me to put my printing in. I thought I would make a point of acknowledging her helpfulness, and to say – based on my experience – that she has an excellent sense of customer service.
On previous occasions I have been there, I have been helped by someone who I think is the store manager (Jarrod?) who was also very helpful.
I think it is important that these staff be publicly commended.
Got a J.Burrows wireless headset, blue tooth with microphone and on the best price ever! Office works have awesome prices and product and of course awesome helpful staff.
Sadly this generation ruins all, the staff especially the manager I spoke to ,show no interest in the work and seem more interested in getting customers out. There are definitely friendlier more understanding stationary companies within mildura I will absolutely take my money elsewhere
Absolute horrible customer service! went in to get some papers photocopied today, if I were you I wouldn’t bother to get served by “Tam” at the front desk she has no bother or care in the world to greet you with a smile or care for yours needs as a customer absolutely lazy service. Definitely need to get staff with a better attitude.
I don’t even I want to give 1start because of there customer service I called them to ask about my order but they put me on hold for ever but still waited 2 hours they worst customer service in Mildura the stuff are rude and manager does not even care
