All items needed for work from home. Along with Moving home boxes of various sizes. Furnitures etc. I came here to buy printers.
This is my one and only experience with office works in general so my opinion is subjective. I tried ordering an I Phone 13 online for click and collect for their advertised price of $997. However, in the midst of proceeding to the next step their website froze. I tried several times for it to restore itself to no avail. Tried other websites to confirm it wasn’t the browser, they worked fine. Figured I would just try again the next day. By the next day the price had gone to $1227 for the same phone. I called the Newcastle store and explained what had happened in hopes they would honor the price from yesterday considering it was specifically their website that froze. I was offered no help except for a price match plus 5% more off competitors prices, or alternatively call customer service. I chose to call customer service. They were also no help. Essentially telling me the price is the price. As stated above I have not previously shopped here so don’t take my experience as gospel but I now know I will never shop here solely based on this experience. Friendly enough staff. just not helpful at all.
Just picked up printing which we had laminated and cut for a business we are setting up and it’s crooked, they cut the logo, and left some edges and not others. I’ve not seen anything more unprofessional in my life. And it cost me $50 for the pleasure. Won’t be coming here again to print. Unprofessional and no eye for detail.
I absolutely love this officeworks! I come here pretty much weekly n do a pick-up.. the staff are super friendly n some call me by first name! Very nice.. I never have to wait long n they have pretty much everything you could want etc.. the prices are great too! ?
