5 months agoBe careful when buying from this store. Their prices for second hand goods are often WAY ABOVE retail (+25%) and they refuse to negotiate. I even offered $30 for an item which at JB HiFi is currently only $29 and they still wouldn’t budge. Possibly one of the best for clothing if you have the time to sort through the stock or buy and sell clothes. Large range of shoes and accessories like handbags. High turnover and great pieces. On previous visits both my friend & I have been permitted use of these facilities – both occassions we ask permission. Exercising caution is expected in todays world however, with only 3 customers in the store at the time, I’m pretty certain everyone was safe. I was told by the young man serving, the toilets needed to be sterilized after each use and not even the staff were supposed to use the toilet facilities – absurd!! To be told to go use the Service Station Toilets, which is across a busy road is irresponsible and uncaring towards ones fellow man.5 years agoAmazing friendly helpful staff. Awesome shop. One of the best stores to purchase clothing and accessories if you have the time to go through the endless racks.
Some of the usual new mainstream lines that Lifeline stocks of furniture and homewares.
Furniture is in excellent condition.
Yes the collectible prices are high, bear in mind that they’ve purchased lots of stock at auctions to fill this store.
If you love bric-a-brac and collectibles as I do the prices are reasonable. I added to my personal collection with a rare vintage coffee grinder made in Poland that was half the price of an online one without the shipping costs.
ACCESS✅ Good disability and parking as its all flat. Most stock is within reach but the staff here have always been accommodating and helpful.
NEURODIVERGENT ✅? The lighting is subtle so it won’t drive you crazy and no loud blaring music. The store is huge so you won’t feel overwhelmed by many people. Overall a great shopping experience for those of us with delicate senses!
