The lady on reception was lovely too with the booking process. I took my friend’s car there when she had an issue and he went above and beyond with her car to help her after it broke down. Finally a decent, honest place! Trevor saved our holiday by taking on our Motorhome last minute this close to a Christmas! Went above and beyond expectations and we really appreciated his work, follow up and effort to get everything sorted including issues that we were not aware of. I’m a single mum who knows nothing about cars, This is the only place I take my car to be serviced. I have been going to Chevy for the last 9 years, he has always been helpful, not made me feel Stupid, and explained things so I could understand. He has fitted me in even when he was busy, and his prices are fair. I couldn’t recommend this business any higher.
They do a great job & at a reasonable cost. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done a week later as my car was written off on Thursday when a woman ran a red light & I T-boned her. Oh well!
Chev and his team are brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and they’ll work on anything. They recently repaired the brakes on my 1966 Karmann Ghia, the work on my daily driver and my old Statesman too. Because they’re so good, sometimes you need to book a few days in advance, but it’s worth the wait for honest, decent service.
I just want to give a real thanks and shout out to Chevy the owner at Ultra tune in Frankston. He fixed the lock on my car door for free after the attempted theft yesterday morning! It took him a short time to work our what the problem was and about 15minutes to get it all safely sorted. In that time I heard him tell his staff that a customer was coming to get a light bulb changed and he said to his boys do it as soon as customer gets here and don’t charge him as he is a regular ??? I had been quoted at least $250 for this job by several car locksmiths and Mitsubishi said I would likely go over my insurance excess of $800! I have since had my car serviced for an excellent price and a great service. I have sent many friends there also, when one friend had a hose break the day before she was meant to be driving to Adelaide, Chevy squeezed her in so the holiday plans would not be ruined. I can’t recommend this team highly enough. Professional helpful and caring.
