The first time, I had a tire with a nail in it that needed to be pulled out, and it cost me $70-$80. The second time, I needed to get my vehicle’s RWC. but the price they quoted me was higher than the market price. Additionally, my airbag light was on, and one of the mechanics told me that I had to replace the airbag, but it turned out to be just an issue with the clock spring, which I got fixed at another repair shop. The only “good thing” about this shop is that they are not always busy. Sven and the team were amazing! After the initial vehicle service report, he contacted me on the issues with the car. I knew going into the service I would have engine issues that needed fixing. Sven went through every detail of items that needed to be addressed and helped me prioritise which items were a must for safety, and which ones could wait a little longer – this was because we knew the repairs would add up and get very expensive. After the service and repairs were completed, I received a courtesy call to say the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived, Sven showed me the parts that were badly damaged and replaced, which was very interesting for me. The team had cleaned the car so well, it was like new. Even the pedals were squeaky clean. Can’t say enough good things about Sven and the team. Most highly recommend people bring their cars here. Definitely trust them. Allow me to allay those fears however as the service Dino and team provided has been nothing short of spectacular – he is honest, professional and friendly. Of note, I have yet to come across a car workshop that is as clean, neat and well organised as this one (see attached pictures). It is clearly apparent that this is the workplace of someone who takes great pride in his work. Overall, thoroughly impressed by Dino and his team at Euro Garage. It is rare indeed to come across any place with a near perfect rating (4.9 on google reviews at the time of writing this review) but that extraordinary rating is much deserved for they do provide excellent service at a reasonable price. Got a service and RWC done, on a car I’d purchased recently, all previous services were completed via Cox so I thought I’d just use the same company ,hoping they understand the car and history.
It was my first time using them, but it won’t be the last, very clean professional warehouse in south Melbourne an east walk into the city to work after I dropped off my car in the morning. I was given a call before lunch time , they explained the situation in simple language. The price was expected based on the work done.
I was very impressed , they do the little things right. Highly recommend this honest trustworthy genuine business.
We took my wife’s Peugeot to Cox after having very negative experiences with 2 different dealer services departments. The team at Cox took the time and properly diagnosed the cause of the issues the car was experiencing and got the car running beautifully and reliably. So much so we took it back for the next logbook service.
The team kept us advised and informed before taking any action which is greatly appreciated and once again did great work.
The workshops are immaculate as are the amenities. Good Tradesmen look after their tools and keep a clean workspace and the guys at Cox are quality. Would highly recommend anyone to take their prestige or European vehicle there. Great Customer Service.

Absolutely awesome experience with Andrew and the team at Cox Auto! Brought my car in for a service and they were super clear, gave me plenty of options for solutions and delivered a spectacular product. It might not seem as cheap as other places upfront, but after you factor in all the “hidden costs” I’ve found at other garages, it was great to work with someone who was honest and genuine!
