Brad and the team at Eastcoast are professional, friendly and customer focused. Clear expectation setting and regular communication keeps you fully informed during the repair process. Should there be any problems with their work then they take responsibility to make sure that it is promptly resolved. Definitely know their way around BMW vehicles !
Well I can’t speak highly of East coast European, I’ve always heard great news from others about them and I finally got to experience how good the service was, how practical their approach is to repairs, how transparent they are about what they do and how competitive in price they are compared to other European car service providers.
I recently called on Brad for some advice based on getting quotes from another central coast Euro car servicing provider and Brad was very very helpful, very pragmatic in his thinking and approach and very cognisant of the price and doing what had to be done rather than repairing/replacing what may not have needed to replaced. The work was amazing, exceedingly competitive in price comparatively and was completed on time, with great customer service and much better priced than my other option.
I would highly recommend using East coast European for all your car servicing needs, you won’t regret it.
These guys were the only mechanics willing to fix a coolant pipe issue on my Audi (worst model Audi made). It was fixed properly no issues. They’re always booked out couple of weeks in advance.
Engine diagnostic plus added oil which was low.
