My car was booked in for a general service. I was then quoted 5.5k from them after the general service. They charged $90 for front wipers, I don’t know what sort of expensive wipers they are using! Even got my wife to bring her car here instead of Toyota Dealership. My wife’s car was last serviced at 91500km where they’ve claimed to test the coolant, now at 99,000km first the aircon pumped out heat then a week later Engine Check light came on. So popped the hood to find only stains of coolant in the overflow tank. Just to see how much is left, I drained the remaining coolant into a paint tray and found that my bladders had more liquid than the radiator. So I flushed the system and topped it up with coolant then checked for leaks. No leak and engine check light went off and the air conditioner is working again. Thank you personally for then doing due diligence and then managing to locate the parts required, and luckily all 3 required parts were available and delivered to your garage. This enabled Manfred to commence his work in dismantling the surrounding area and removing the worn out parts in preparation to accept the new replacement parts. It was lovely to meet your husband, John and Marco your very “independent” Chihuahua, and there was some gun to be had when Marco got himself locked in Johns BMW. All in all I had a really enjoyable and totally satisfying and happy experience, to boot my bill when it came was very reasonable. But for me most importantly was knowing that not only was your personal advise on “mechanical matters”, very true and astute, it was given freely and with only my (your Clients) best interests in mind. They did an excellent job finding the source of the problem and solving it, went back there again to fix a couple of oil leaks, and again the did an excellent job. Top customer service and great service offered. I’ve been to AME half year ago for general service, I was happy with that, so recently when my car engine light was flashing, I just wanna bring my car to there instead of other repair shop. I rang them and left my car to them on Monday for engine inspection and full service. I got a call from them on the same day saying engine has no problem so they just fixed other stuff. On Tuesday, I was so surprised that the engine light flashed again… so I called them again and they ask me to bring the car on Wednesday morning for boss inspection. I arrived there around 730am and the boss only there at 8am (no one told me the boss will only be there at 8am on the phone) so I kept waiting there. The boss found my car engine had misfire issue…. at the end they helped me fixed the engine and I waited there for 2.5 hours.
The good thing is the engine got fix but I am disappointed why they cannot find my engine issue when I left my car for engine inspection and car service on Monday. Not sure are the staffs not well trained or they did not take my case seriously..
First class job in our car (Peugeot 4007 diesel). Good prices, friendly staff and excellent problem solving and communications. We will be using again. Highly recommend

Needed an inspection and some repairs in order to renew and pass our rego. They were kind enough to fit us in quickly. However, the communication with them wasn’t great. They didn’t call when they said they would and also didn’t communicate when the car would be finished, which led to an annoying situation for us.
