They always offer a shuttle service so I can drop my car off before work and get picked up after when the work is completed. We are so grateful for the team at Ultra Tune. They assessed the car on Saturday and suspected that the wheel bearing was the problem. They then did fit us in the following Monday for repair, which enabled us to continue our trip a day later. Service was amazing!
Awesome mechanic, had our car fixed quickly. Great service. Convenient location, close to Canelands.
Took our Mazda 6 in for a regular service and was charged almost $400. We feel totally ripped off. We took our other car, a luxury car, for a service to another mechanic and was only charged $270. Why did Ultra Tune Mackay charge so much for a service? Nothing extra was done. Never again.
When I had Burnie look at my car it was an issue of me misdiagnosing that something was wrong with it, he was happy to show me how the car worked and and let me leave free of charge. Very quick and fantastic service.
Had the guys replace my brakes, great service will definitely be back.
