They didn’t ask us any questions about our problems, they are rude although acting very nice with a smile. They don’t give you enough information and couldn’t answer a lot of my questions like ‘where is this part coming from?’ They charged us for things we did not need, they did however give us a refund for that but I would never return to this place again. They charged us over $400 and didn’t fix any problems. They claimed to have test driven it afterwards but when we tried to leave town a couple days later our car still had the same problems. RAC managed to diagnose our issue and when we mentioned this to a Bridgestone member he replied ‘that’s bullshit’. Traveling through Busselton and needed to get a service on our vehicle, great service started at the phone call to book and didn’t stop until we picked up the car….. Jackie at the front desk was unbelievably helpful and kept us informed…. If you are traveling from interstate like us, I wouldn’t hesitate recommending there service
Trent and his team are amazing, great work and honest appraisals they wont do stuff without consulting you, will tell you if they think something is not needed, and thier work is top notch. Only problem is as thier reputation spreads, its getting harder to book in, without a bit of a wait, but its worth it, knowing your vehicle will be sorted.
First time using these guys and definitely won’t be the last. Great, fast, efficient service. Friendly staff and great valve for money. Definitely the best good old fashioned service and value from this team. One doesn’t get this kind of service often these days. Well done.

I had an issue with a threaded nut on the base of a straight through fuel filter. The team did a great job of getting it off and was helpful the during the whole process.
I have had many repairs carried out on my Prado 120 by Busselton Auto repairs. Every job has been done on time and to a very high standard. I spend a lot of time off road and needed someone I could rely on. They are so friendly and professional and the best I have used for a long time.
