Genie Burns was knowledgeable and always on top of my questions, even if they were silly. Her follow up time was top notch and I always had my answers within 24 hours. I can’t say enough great things about Dana and his help with my mom’s estate. My mom’s unexpected death left us with no will, no wishes written down, NOTHING prepared by her ahead of time. We quickly realized we needed a probate lawyer and were referred to Dana. He was kind, professional and SO QUICK to respond to questions and concerns we had. (It was usually within the hour.) He made an extremely difficult situation so much easier. He will handle all the paperwork, explain next steps and what to expect, and best of all you don’t even have to be in the same town. Most of the paperwork was handled digitally. Made the process so easy. I highly recommend him if you ever are in the unfortunate situation of losing a loved one.

It is unfortunate that i write this but this has to be one of the worst places to get help at, not only did our family loose money but we also wasted time. if i could give zero stars i would. The unprofessionalism and the lack of clarity and communication is only part of the issue here. Please do your research before giving them your money. I am not writing this to be negative but rather to help those who cannot waste there time and money on people who are not going to take your case serious.
I recommend them. They are always on the lookout for your case, I was at the school during the process of my case so I didn’t have time to check often but they made sure that every time there was a change they let me know. Very good people, they want the best for their clients.
